Mark Anthony McCleary, Sr.
Pastor
Mark Anthony McCleary, Sr., serves as Pastor of New Beginnings at Roe’s Chapel Baptist Church (Dallas and Athens) and is Founder of 8th Day Baptist Church of Garland,Texas.
Pastor McCleary accepted his call to the ministry in 1989 under the leadership of the late Pastor Herman Smith, Sr. at Roe’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in East Dallas where he began a reign of service and preached his first sermon on September 1, 1997. He also Pastored RCMBC for 10 years.
Pastor McCleary has attained multiple diplomas and degrees in Theology due to his great passion for teaching and encouraging people.
Pastor McCleary and his wife Shrocka live in Royse City, Texas and are the proud parents of four: Jessica, Mark, Markeita and Mia; as well as proud grandparents of eight: Jayden, Braylen, Ashton Jr., MaLeah, Maliyah, Marriah, Mark III, and Ava.
